Stephanie is the only real estate agent I will ever use! Stephanie was our agent when my former husband and I bought and later sold our first home in Santa Rosa Valley and she was just my agent in purchasing another home in Santa Rosa Valley. She is amazing - knows the local area inside and out, an expert on the whole buying and selling process, always has her clients best interest at heart, excellent communication and responsiveness, impeccable integrity. This last sale was the first time I had ever purchased a home on my own and she held my hand the whole way, answered all of my never ending questions and made sure I felt confident in the value of my purchase both at present and for the future. Stephanie is a pure joy to work with and is a truly beautiful human being. If I ever move away I may just have to make her come to where I go to be my agent there!

Stephanie had sold our young son's home in less than a week, so when we decided to leave our home of 17 years to move closer to our grandkids we turned to Stephanie. We were under a self imposed deadline that required our home to be sold and closed in about 2 months. Stephanie worked closely with us, kept us informed and brought several offers enabling us to successfully close on schedule. This was a challenging high end, large home sale and Stephanie was brilliant in guiding us through all of the steps necessary to sell our home while working with a cross country realtor to help us with the closing at our new home. We highly recommend Stephanie for anyone needing a top performing realtor.
