I was very disappointed. Radio silence the day the transaction was finalized. No thank you. No realtor token gift of thanks or appreciation. No follow up or help whatsoever. Would never recommend or use him again for our next transaction, purchase or sale.

We do not live on Cape Cod so we sought a real estate professional with extensive knowledge of the local area. Lori's expertise here is unparalleled. She thoroughly vetted each property before our visit to ensure that the homes met our expectations and buying criteria. She had excellent relationships with other real estate professionals as well as with local contractors and businesses. She deftly guided us through the offer process, leading to a successful settlement about 6 weeks later. Even after closing, Lori advice proved invaluable as we prepared our new home for the upcoming rental season. As a personal aside, Lori is both friendly and thoughtful. Since we were traveling some distance, she secured accommodations in the area for the evening before closing. If you are buying or selling a home on the Cape, choose Lori Jurkowski. I can recommend her without reservation.
