I had a resort lot that I needed to sell. I looked up reviews for highly rated local realtors and Doug’s name was at the top of the list. Doug was very responsive to my needs and answered all my questions concerning the sale of my property. Doug has extensive knowledge of advertising his listings across all internet real estate platforms. Doug did a great job selling our property and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you need someone that in knowledgeable in real estate sales, you will have the advantage if you hire Doug as your agent

Doug was an excellent communicator and was very responsive to all of our inquiries. He was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process even after looking at multiple properties over several months. Doug proactively reached out with new properties without us asking and kept us in the look with any changes in the market. From the initial offer and negotiations to the inspection to the closing the process was smooth and timelines were always hit. I would definitely recommend Doug and would also use him on any future purchases. We had an excellent experience.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Doug to purchase our very first home, and we can’t recommend him highly enough. We came into this process uninformed and apprehensive about making such a big purchase. Doug was able to simplify the procedure and provide us with somewhat of a masterclass in homebuying. He taught us what to look for and what to avoid and helped us recognize which homes would satisfy the requirements of our loan. Doug was consistently communicative and invariably punctual. We quickly learned that if we asked him to do something, we should just consider it done. I’m not sure many realtors could have matched our relentless pace in searching for a home the way Doug did. We ran him all over Brownwood, and many surrounding towns, but he showed nothing but patience and grace to our indecisiveness. Every choice along our path was met with honest insight and gentle guidance. We were offered education on possible and likely outcomes of each scenario we encountered and given the best advice for moving forward. He ensured that we didn’t forget to arrange inspections or research potential issues with a property, never leaving us to wonder what our next step should be. Doug’s knowledge of the market is second to none, and he was always willing to negotiate on our behalf. In the end, he helped us land an exceptional home at an amazing price and we feel very confident that we made the right decision. This was, obviously, more than a business transaction for Doug. He truly got to know us as individuals, and we are walking away from this having made a friend for life. We could not have chosen a more trustworthy and competent realtor to have by our side, and I genuinely don’t think we could have done this without him. K Doug was a great realtor to work with. Communication was easy and he was always accessible. Any problems that arose were handled quickly and efficiently. Doug went out of his way to handle things I couldn’t since I had already moved out of the area. If you need a realtor I would highly recommend him
