It was an absolute pleasure working with Doreen ! I am purchasing property and live out of state. Doreen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in assisting me throughout entire process. She is also very kind and friendly, which helped to put me at ease in this rather stressful process. She also went above and beyond the call of duty as she had met up with my niece who happens to live near the property to view and discuss it as my eyes and ears in my absence. I HIGHLY recommend Doreen for her wonderful service. She is a true professional !

We loved our realtor, Doreen! We were new to the home selling process and she guided us every step of the way and answered (and anticipated) all of our questions and concerns. She is a great teacher, very professional, and we always felt like she had our back. Definitely recommend!!

Doreen Letson is without a doubt the very best Realtor at what she does! Buying and Selling Real Estate is always tricky but handling rural properties adds a level of complexity that most agents are unable to deal with. We are grateful that Doreen had the knowledge, experience and expertise and was able to rise to the challenge to get our home sold. I enquired about a lot that Doreen had listed but I ended up buying a parcel listed by another realtor. thankfully I went through Doreen to make the purchase, she so impressed me from the first conversation I had with her and was just amazing in making the purchase successful, setting up the escrow and staying on top of all the details that came up. Doreen is such a professional realtor, and just a super person.

Doreen Letson did a wonderful job for me selling a very difficult property, vacant land with no road access, water, or electricity. She listed and sold it for an excellent price in an all-cash deal within a couple of months. I am very impressed with her positive attitude and high energy approach to marketing and selling my property. I had considered the property unsellable, but she was able to get it done quickly, efficiently, and with a nice profit.
