Paul helped us find a place that's perfect for us and helped with everything involved with our move from California. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. He was always right on time, and stayed in close touch throughout the entire process and follow up with utilities and making sure there were no problems, and there were none. His listings were top-shelf and voluminous. He knows Prescott and the surrounding area like the back of his hand. I was connected to Paul through Zillow when inquiring about some vacant land for sale. Due to my extremely busy schedule and working out of town, it was easier for me to communicate largely through email. Paul was extremely responsive to my emails and worked with my schedule, which made the entire process smooth and easy. I found that he would regularly work into the night, and it was not uncommon for him to respond to my late emails promptly, sometimes even at midnight. He was very knowledgeable about the area, about legal access and easements, and had a working relationship with other listing agents in the area, which proved to be very helpful. Overall this land transaction was very smooth, and I will definitely recommend Paul to others!
