    The inital contact was quick, then crickets. I asked for property details with specificity to whit he stated that he would follow up in a few days. That time has past and no reach back has been conducted. Somehow he is "my agent" on Zillow and I am NOT amused. I have requested his removal and I am not going to share any profits with him.

    Paul was very professional and helpful with all question we had on the purchase of our property. We recommend using his help in any purchase. His weekly updates on property in the area were a great deal of help.

    Paul helped us find a place that's perfect for us and helped with everything involved with our move from California. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. He was always right on time, and stayed in close touch throughout the entire process and follow up with utilities and making sure there were no problems, and there were none. His listings were top-shelf and voluminous. He knows Prescott and the surrounding area like the back of his hand.     Paul was able to find me a house that was nearly perfect for my needs. He handled negotiations with the seller and always answered all my questions. He seems to know the local real estate market very well

    I was connected to Paul through Zillow when inquiring about some vacant land for sale. Due to my extremely busy schedule and working out of town, it was easier for me to communicate largely through email. Paul was extremely responsive to my emails and worked with my schedule, which made the entire process smooth and easy. I found that he would regularly work into the night, and it was not uncommon for him to respond to my late emails promptly, sometimes even at midnight. He was very knowledgeable about the area, about legal access and easements, and had a working relationship with other listing agents in the area, which proved to be very helpful. Overall this land transaction was very smooth, and I will definitely recommend Paul to others!
