I don't live in the area, and for many reasons, I wasn't able to get down to do any looking myself. Susan quite honestly did everything. She kept me in the loop, and made sure I had all the info needed, and that we got best price. She was friendly, professional, I can't say enough positives about her. I highly recommend Susan.

Dora was amazing! Her market knowledge and local expertise made her our 1st choice! She didn’t disappoint, but used her negotiating skills to bring us an acceptable contract after other contracts fell through. If you need a local Realtor, I would recommend that you call Dora Smith. Dora was AMAZING! She is very personable, attentive, knows her stuff, and cares deeply about her clients and their happiness! If it wasn’t for her, my husband and I would not have found/bought our first home. We highly recommend her, as she is definitely the best realtor/agent you could work with!
