Donya was outstanding! She’d knowledgeable, she’s empathetic, very patient, the ultimate professional. I was heard and seen with Donya. Every house visit felt as if I was out with my girlfriend of many years. I pray she’s still working when my daughter is ready to buy. I couldn’t trust anyone else to guide my daughter.

Donya was wonderful to work with when I needed to sell my home. She was knowledgeable of the neighborhood, gave excellent advice for staging and provided great comps so I could easily understand and agree to the listing price. She checked in with me after every showing, walked me through a successful inspection process and negotiated the counter offer that made the deal a fair one for both sides. As this was my first time selling on my own, I am grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her.
