Stephen and Donna were extremely well prepared in sharing comps for the area. They strategically photographed my home and priced my home making it attractive to potential buyers. They were at all showings, and very importantly pointed out to buyers qualities in my home. I highly recommend Donna and Stephen, and was impressed with their devotion and approach in selling my home.

Donna and her team have been extremely professional and helpful. They are very responsive and proactive in communication by phone and text, and always serve the best interest of their clients. They care about their clients’ needs. We needed to retrieve some documents from the seller months after closing, and Donna went all the way to help us reach out to the seeking agent multiple times and obtained the documents that saved us lots of time and effort. Highly recommend if you are buying or selling.

Donna was incredible! She never stopped working hard to help us find our perfect home. It was a very difficult journey to find a place for our family due to having four children and Donna made it happen. We are forever grateful and will always refer our family and friends to Donna!

Donna and Stephen stayed true to their motto "The Ramundo Team delivering extraordinary experiences''. In the time where people were offering way over asking we felt discouraged with all the competition. Buying a house during a time when the market was affected by the pandemic was rough but that did not stop the Ramundo Team. There were plenty of times when we felt we were not going to get the house we wanted so we started looking for homes farther away, in neighborhoods we didn't want to live in and crossing out items on our wish list. There was one time when we asked Donna to show us a home which we really didn't like but felt we had no choice and she said "This is not for you!". She was exactly right! She knew exactly what we wanted and didn't give up. Among many offers, the Ramundo negotiating skills got our offer accepted to a beautiful home that we couldn't even imagine was possible. It didn’t stop there, they referred us to inspectors, a lawyer and an insurance agent! They really are a One Stop Shop! We absolutely love our new home!!! Thanks to the Ramundo Team for listening to our needs and making sure we got the home of our dreams!!! If you're looking for a team that's professional, attentive and always there to answer any questions, you must go with the Ramundo Team! We highly recommend them! You will not regret it! We can’t say enough about Steve, Donna and the whole Ramundo Team. After searching and searching for a home in this crazy market, they helped guide us and got us a home that we absolutely love.
