Donna is AMAZING! We hired her 19 years ago to help us purchase our 1st house and 19 years later we hired her to sell our 1st house! Donna picked up my phone calls all day every day 7 days a week! Every time we hit a bump in the road she was right with us and put our mind at ease! I always felt better after I spoke to Donna because I knew she was always honest, and professional and worked with us to figure out all our bumps in the road!!! Donna treats her clients like family! You are crazy if you do not hire Donna for your next sale or purchase.

Donna was excellent. She was personable, yet professional throughout the process. The perfect combination. I was selling my uncle's house where he had lived for 45 years and it required a lot of attention. Donna was very helpful in identifying what improvements (cosmetic and otherwise) would be worth it and which ones we should not bother with. It was a relatively long process to get ready for the sale and what I liked the best about Donna is that I never felt pressured to "sign up" and complete all the paperwork. Donna clearly exhibited her knowledge of the market and the area. She had multiple referrals to help get the necessary work done and all she recommended were responsive, prompt and did a good job. The sales process was fast and Donna was very prepared and professional when walking through the offers received. She not only was focussed on price but evaluated the quality of the financing, etc. Donna was also helpful throughout the inspection process, again identifying local contracters that could do the work or suggesting we offer just a credit. We had a successful sale and I would definitely recommend Donna.

Donna did such an amazing job with us. She really went to bat for us and was always available. I would have been lost without her guidance during this difficult process. We started looking for houses at least 6 months before we found our house, and our closing was a prolonged process because of a contingency on the sellers’ part that we were willing to accommodate. Donna worked with us extensively throughout this process and responded immediately to questions. In addition, she even helped us after closing! There was an item left behind by the sellers that they weren’t supposed to leave, and she helped coordinate safe disposal of it immediately! I can’t thank her enough and she is highly recommended!
