Amanda was an A1 realtor. I was interested in some pretty outdated homes, and wether it was the nicest home youd ever seen or a scene out of a horror movie. Amanda treated them all the same, She was enthusiastic and saw the vision in many of the homes we looked at. later in our home buying journey. she and her team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Amanda was on call whenever i needed her and was able to answer almost any questions I had. She is very enthusiastic, persistent, and hardworking, and she seeks out a home that is a good fit you. I would 100% recommended Amanda to anyone looking to buy a home!

From start to finish this was the best real estate agent that I’ve ever dealt with in all of the transactions I’ve ever done. fair and honest, resourceful, communicative, strategic, has a great reputation and rapport with the regulatory community down in on the Mid and Lower Shore, Knows the market, How does an amazing support system at this particular Coldwell Banker. brokerage. Kyle has a spirit of excellence. My transaction Was only a $230,000 disposition of investment property, but you would have thought it was the 2,000,000 waterfront property the way he handle this deal from start to finish. He found us an amazingly fair contractor to complete the construction, worked with the town on utility connections, found us an amazingly honest HVAC contractor to complete work on the mini-splits. After Kyle took over the listing, my investment partner and never had to do anything else. This young man is a full-service real estate agent. he has set the bar so high, that I would never even remotely consider using any other agent to handle my real estate transactions on the eastern shore. As a former real estate agent myself I’m a very tough customer. He far exceeded anything I could’ve ever imagined in the way of service. I recommend him highly. Thank you Kyle.
