I had received a 60 day notice to vacate my home, as my land lord was selling their house that they were renting to me. I had reached out to Kyle, just curious about the home buying process. He made it as easy and smooth as possible, backed with his knowledge and experience, he gave me his full honest opinion about the things that we were seeing in the homes with my best interest in mind. Even with all of my nervousness that it might not be possible to find me a home within the time that I had, Kyle got me into my own home within my 60 day notice, with time to spare! I highly recommend Kyle Jerkins for any of your realtor needs!

Donna was excellent to work with. Always eager to help. Communication was excellent. Caring and compassionate. She made the whole experience easier. This sale was dreaded due it was our parents home and we were sad to be losing our childhood home. Also we knew very little about selling a home. Donna was trustworthy and dependable.
