I contacted Donna Gibson of Holley & Gibson reality about listing and selling a house for me. She called me back promptly and met with me the next day to look over the property that I had for sale. I showed her the house and property and we discussed what a fair price would be. The price she came up with was very close to what the real estate appraiser I had hired gave me. I listed the home with Donna that day and about 5 weeks later we closed on the sale.
