Dixie was extremely helpful with the home buying process even though we were unable to physically make some of the showings. She was thorough, gave great suggestions on how to handle every step of the buying process and went beyond what was necessary when things out of her hands went wrong. She's a master of her job, and there isn't any reason for you not to choose her as your agent.

She truly accomplished the impossible. I wanted to sell my home after living away for over ten years. Dixie got the property into the realty network and ensured a steady flow of showings. There were a few improvements I needed to make but the cost was minimal. Jackpot! When she found a buyer, she set up the closing with the right titling company so that I could close from my location and didn't have to drive all the way down from Virginia. On top of that, my funds arrived the very next day.

Mrs. Mabe is one of a kind. She is the queen of negotiating, getting me almost everything I wanted for my house in the contract and also made it possible to cut out the closing fees. Very attentive, passionate, and willing. Just all around pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend her services. You can't go wrong with Mrs. Dixie Mabe.
