We took a chance on Diane and immediately regretted it. We already had a realtor we loved, but somehow through some confusion, Diane thought we were her clients so we decided to give her a chance. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from her. We were curious what was taking so long getting our pre approval and Diane kept saying she was waiting on our lender (when she actually did respond). Finally we contacted the lender who said she’d been waiting on Diane for weeks. She said she’d call Diane and Diane should contact us. Diane completely ghosted us and never contacted us again. When we called our wonderful realtor who we had previously worked with, he had those same numbers to us within a few hours. Clearly Diane just couldn’t be bothered to help us. After she had been fighting for us to be her clients, this was a real disappointment and left us very annoyed. Totally understand being busy, but it takes 2 seconds to simply send a quick message. I can’t speak to anything other than her responsiveness because we never got farther in the home buying and selling process with her- thankfully.

Wow! Diane O'Cain made selling our house such a breeze! I was new to land buying & she helped find the land and made the purchase seamless for us. Diane was professional and personal! She made us feel like her #1 priority and never made us feel uncomfortable! Diane explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and to finding a builder. Diane is by far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with...Very professional, experienced and helpful agent. I would look no further and highly recommend.

Diane is the greatest realtor ever !!! We are first time homebuyers and she made the process so easy and smooth. She always took the time to explain everything to us. She has definitely became a friend ! Our closing never got pushed back. I will definitely use her if needed and recommend her to everyone i know.

Diane was amazing with our home sale and our home purchase. She listened to our needs, listed our home at a perfect price point and was through with everything. She even came and helped me clean the house we sold the night before closing! She was simply amazing.

This was a tough one from the start with an extremely demanding listing agent and issues with processing at the end but we put our efforts together and got closed on time with our borrower. Diane was always available and I look forward to working with her again.
