Diane is awesome to work with! Very friendly, understanding and has great communication! Kristen is awesome to work with! She had to deal with my overbearing sister. She took it in stride and said that was a part of her job. Great people to work with! Will think of them in the future

Diane was always ready to meet me according to my schedule which was awesome since I was coming in from out of town. She was quick to respond to emails and text messages. She and her team made me feel like I was in good hands. I would recommend Diane to anyone who asks me who I worked with when buying a home.

Diane Campshure Walczyk was trustworthy, responsible, knowledgeable & responsive when we needed her. Her daughter Whitney was also. I set up an appointment to look at the condo & Diane Campshure answered my request for a showing. Her daughter Whitney worked with us on the showings, purchase & was very responsive to our ?s. Whitney also noticed water coming in under the garage door, when it was raining, so we could request that be fixed before we moved in. She went above & beyond in washing out cupboards & vacuuming, when we had no time to do that after our walk through & before we were moving in. Diane sold our home, once we bought the condo with no contingencies, so we could get it. Diane sold our house using a bump clause, where we had 48 hours to accept another offer that did NOT have a contingency for selling their home first. We did get an offer for more money AND no contingency. She took care of all the paperwork, even helped the buying realtor for the 1st offer, so the first offer would be released properly. She did a fabulous job & I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!!

Diane understands that each buyer has different needs and tailors her assistance accordingly. I do not live in Green Bay and Diane quickly assessed the extra support I needed with respect to removal of home content and donations to worthy causes. She is very connected and pleasant to work with. Her insights, suggestions and advice were right on. A true professional.

Diane Campshure Walczyk was very aware of our entire family's feelings, emotions, and mindset when selling our recently deceased father's and our childhood home. She listened to us and came back to us with honest, sincere and caring responses in a very timely manner. Her personal attention to our needs during the Covid pandemic era were very respectful and very much appreciated. Dianne Campshure Walczyk took care of the business end of selling our family's lifetime house. Our parents were the first people to move into the new house and our mother moved in directly from the hospital after giving birth to her first son back in 1959 and our father lived there for 62 years until he died. Diane Campshure Walczyk understood our connection to the house and our hopes and wishes for it. In addition, she took the responsibility to make sure our wishes were met and still look out for our needs to receive top dollar for the home we looked so fondly upon. We trusted her with that and she delivered 100%. Diane Campshure Walczyk's team were simply outstanding when it came to the marketing, pictures of the house and communication. They were simply a very well oiled machine. Diane Campshure Walczyk is simply somebody you can trust in selling your home without any reservations.
