Diana was very understanding of our needs. She knew what we were looking for in a house and respected the budget that we set. She guided us through the process, we were unfamiliar as first time buyers. She saw us through right up to the closing. She even gave us a nice little gift after we signed! I would recommend her.

My daughter and I are looking for a house. Diana has been such a help with showing us houses. She is very quick to respond to my phone calls. She points out the good points of the house but will also give an honest comment if the house is not right for us. I would recommend her to any of my friends if the needed a realtor, which I have done already.

We recently started working with Diana and it has been a wonderful experience. She knows the current market, is reliable and is a positive person to work with. Being that this is our first time buying a house, Diana took the time to explain to us step by step the entire process, making it easy to understand. We are glad that she listened and understood what we were looking for and only showed us those selected properties. I worked with Diana for several years. My husband and I started to look at houses and realized that it was not the right time financially. We started looking again and realized financially we weren't ready. FInally, we told Diana we were ready. She was very patient and willing to help us even after we backed out twice on her. She was very flexible with her schedule, whether is was during the week or the weekend. We went to many houses during our search. We would ask her opinion since this was our first time buying home and we truly respected what she told us about the houses because she knew what we were looking. Finally, she found us a house in the Lake Hiawatha area and my husband and I couldn't be any happier. The house is perfect and exactly what we were looking for and wanted. I'm so glad Diana stuck by our side. We worked very well together. I truly recommend choosing Diana if you are looking to buy a home.
