Benjamin was a pleasure to work with. He returned all of my texts immediately and answered all of my calls. We went up against 3 other offers on the property I purchased and because of his local knowledge and skill, mine was the offer accepted. Shauna showed that she was an excellent professional in organization, layout, and design by staging our home with current trends and finesse. We invested $2,000 in furniture and art for staging per her recommendations and our appraisal value went up 10 times that amount. I would highly recommend Shauna for staging a home and gain maximum value for a return to any of my friends or family and plan to use her again in the future.
