We loved working with Derek! He made the search for a home fun and not stressful. He let us look at homes, gave us honest feedback on various things, offered insights I wouldn't have even thought of, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. When we did find a home we loved, he made the entire process so, so easy. He answered all of our questions, was super responsive, and was just very clear and open throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone! He's by far the most realistic and friendly realtor we've ever worked with, and I am so glad we were introduced to him!

My wife and I had never sold a house before, so we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. A good friend of mine told me about Derek Jacobs with Expansion Real Estate, so we gave him a call. He listed our house on a Thursday afternoon, and we already had an offer by Sunday afternoon, less than a month later we closed on it (pocketing the amount that we needed). We loved having Derek as our agent. He was quick to answer our questions, did as much of the leg work that he could do for us, and made the entire process as smooth as possible.
