As we approach our 1 year anniversary in our home, we thought it was appropriate to write a long overdue review for Denny. Prior to working with Denny, my boyfriend and I had worked with 3 other realtors. Buying a house is such a big, momentous decision and we never felt the right connection with any of our realtors...until Denny. We connected with Denny through a friend and it was a great decision that led us to finding our dream home! Denny was attentive and listened to what we wanted in our first home. Every time there was a home we were interested in, he quickly scheduled a showing for us. This was critical because the market was so hot that many times, if you didn't see a house within 2 days of the listing, you wouldn't be able to see it or place an offer. Denny was honest and informed us about the pros and cons of each house and was genuinely looking out for us, our preferences, and finances. After looking at a few houses, it became discouraging, but Denny remained rational and encouraged us to keep looking and not to settle just because we wanted a house. He was right! We kept looking and finally found a house that we loved more than the other homes we thought we "loved". We suddenly became determined to make THIS deal and so did Denny. He worked diligently with the listing agent and kept us informed throughout the whole process, which was greatly needed and appreciated since this was our first experience buying a home. Buying a home can be overwhelming and stressful, but when you work with such a knowledgeable, caring, genuine, and hardworking realtor, it makes it easier and worth all the time and effort. Denny, we thank you for teaching us about real estate, taking the time to show us many homes, communicating effectively, making your schedule flexible, and for helping us secure our first home that we are so happy with!

We were lucky enough to stumble across Dennis during our first house hunting experience. I say lucky because we felt a sense of trust in his partnership right off the bat. As first-time home buyers we needed guidance - lots of it! He provided honesty across the board and a knowledge of Monmouth County and Ocean County that was invaluable. Moreover, Dennis is super responsive - this gave us major confidence in working with him during the height of the pandemic! Five out of five stars - Dennis is stuck with us for life!

Living in a condo community we realized that we wanted more privacy, so decided to look for a stand alone house with a good size private backyard. We also wanted either split level, or ranch style house in order to avoid running up and down the stairs. Through Zillow we got hooked with the Remax agent. Looking for houses could become extremely frustrating, especially now, but our agent Dennis Freshnock did everything to make it way easier for us. As he found out what we were looking for, he was sending us daily listings that would satisfy our search criteria, was always there to show us new properties, or to revisit the ones we liked. He was answering all our questions, many times bringing on his own some details that we might have overlooked, that possibly could work to our disadvantage. We worked with Dennis for several months and finally with his help were able to find a perfect house for us and to sell our condo. Anything we needed - from the real estate lawyer to landscaper, plumber and cleaning services - Dennis helped and gave us references that worked great. For us Dennis Freshnock was an absolutely perfect real estate agent that was always putting his customer’s interests first, was very patient and accommodating with all our needs and time frames, very proactive in submitting offers and negotiating best deals, not pushy at all, just a person you need to find a perfect property to buy and to assist you in selling your house.
