We were on vacation in Ocean Grove when we saw a house for sale by Jack Greene’s Realty. I went to the real estate office only to ask a few questions, and that is when we met Denise Sherman-Puhl. She quickly became our realtor. Denise is down-to-earth and very easy to relate to. During our remaining days in Ocean Grove, she always made time to show us any cottage or home that was listed, and when we left Ocean Grove, she was also willing to take the time to take a video of a home we were interested in, as well as allowing a family member to join her in viewing an available home. Denise was always very responsive to my texts and emails. She was also quick to send us homes she knew were either coming on the market or had just listed. When we found the beach cottage we wanted, she helped us navigate the nuances of buying in historic Ocean Grove and working with Neptune Township. For that reason, she is highly knowledgeable. When we encountered an issue that could have delayed our closing, she immediately engaged a contractor to resolve and repair the issue. While Denise was our realtor, we hope to remain in contact because we were extremely pleased with her and would highly recommend her to you.

As a RE Professional myself, I am acutely aware of the role an agent plays in the selling process. Denise was "on point" from the outset, showing us the range of home sales/availability at the time of listing our home, but additionally, Denise had a list of sources with whom she previously worked who could perform and complete for our closing to happen on time. Moreover, she knew and communicated with the "players" in the local Code Enforcement and Building Departments to make things happen. It was seamless from the beginning through the closing. You can't go wrong if you choose to work with her; it was our pleasure to do so.
