Moving out of state can be a stressful time so I searched online for an agent in Georgia. Based on her high ratings, Della Gore was the first agent I reached out to. Contacted her on a Saturday and were were seeing homes the following day. Due to a volatile market at the time, we did not find our home right away but she never hesitated to line up multiple options for our visits to GA. She took her time & never made us feel rushed when touring a home. Communication was excellent and if she was unavailable when we had a question she always replied to her messages in a timely manner. When we did put an offer on a home, Della was very knowledgeable of the process, recommending things we had not given thought to (such as a home warranty). Due to her knowledgeable of the area, the buying process, and great communication I would not hesitate to recommend Della.

Della was very professional. She had a good knowledge of the market. She encouraged me to list for more than I had planned on and it paid off. Always answered or returned my calls promptly. We were extremely satisfied with her performace.

From my first phone call with Della, I knew we had found a special real estate agent to help us on our new adventure. She really listened to what we were looking for, and was very patient with us as she spent several hours on multiple occasions showing us houses. She loves the area where she lives and works and it really shows. She responded quickly to our questions and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. Not only were we blessed to work with a true professional, I feel like I gained a new friend! Thanks, Della!!

Della helped me from start to finish with a new construction home. I had never bought a home before and she was there to walk me through the entire process. 5;stars for sure!
