Delinda helped my wife and I both sell our previous house and buy our new home. She was fantastic in both. She answered our questions when we asked and helped us through problems when they popped up. She was fantastic and I think that I'd never be able to find a more perfect real estate agent like Carlie. She is very thoughtful, hardwooking, and professional. We had many silly questions as we had no idea what was involved and how to move things forward. Carlie was with us the whole time, answering questions and making connections with somebody to get answers. We felt very protected and supported during the whole process of purchasing a home. I would highly recommend Carlie to anyone buying or selling.

Carlie is so amazing at what she does! From the amount of passion to the level of effort, she goes all in for her clients. I have never felt more comfortable working with someone. She made sure I fully understood what she was telling me and as a first time buyer and seller with her, that meant so much. Every phone call and meeting we had she had full understanding of what was going on and even when things sounded scary she had a way of reassuring me when I was overwhelmed. She 100% over delivered on everything she promised. I will always call her first for any more of my real estate needs.

Carlie is an local and has a good knowledge on what the market is doing and how best to get the most bang for your buck! Even with the craziness of this market she was able to close the deal on our house

We worked with Carlie last spring. She listed our fathers house and our own house and they were sold quite quickly. She also managed so many aspects of getting the house ready to sell and helping us find cleaners, carpet landscaping etc. She really went above and beyond. I will always recommend Carlie.
