As a first time homebuyer I cannot express how great Dawn was throughout the entire process. It was incredible to have a realtor thats top priority was looking out for my best interest. Additionally, she was very patient in helping me understand any questions I had as this was all brand new to me. Would've been lost at sea without her expertise and guidance. Incredible experience through and through!

Dawn helped me find a new home, and sell my previous one. Words like awesome, amazing, and excellent come to mind to describe her service, but they are not good enough. Her honesty, intelligence, and perfect timing set me at ease during the stressful experience of moving. For Dawn, it is not just empty words when she says that she is in service to help people. She is the real deal, and I will be forever recommending her... And always grateful that I had the good luck to find her.

An Absolute Rockstar! This review relates to both the purchase and sale of our home in Abington, PA. A military family of 5 stationed in the surrounding Philadelphia area from 2014 to 2018. Over the past 15 years, we've worked with a variety of agents for renting, buying, and selling (this was our 4th home purchase & sale). We've experienced a broad range of good and bad agents during that time...and were forced to change agents multiple times due to poor service. This Philly area move was our toughest for various reasons (complete unfamiliarity with the area, children starting school, mature real estate market, etc.). We were teamed up with Dawn for the housing search, and that paved the way for an incredible 4 years in the Philly area. She immediately invested the time and thought into understanding our situation, concerns, needs, desires, and flexibility. She matched us with homes that best met those criteria and we wasted no time with the search and viewings. Dawn's finger was on the pulse of her service areas...her familiarity with and understanding of the areas were clear, right from the start. She ensured we fully understood the pros and cons of good matches so that we could make the best decision possible for our family. Ultimately, we did just that. She guided us through the purchase process with much care, ensuring our family and investment were protected at every turn. As our four-year tour came to an end and it was time to sell, Dawn again took incredible care of us. She provided the pros, cons, and advice for the listing decisions we needed to make....then completely supported our decisions. The sale was as fast and smooth as we could've hoped...nothing could have gone better. In summary, Dawn was the absolute best agent we've ever worked with, in any capacity. She was a huge part of making our four years in PA so much more than we expected and hoped...and we're going to miss it dearly. She's become a great friend and we certainly hope to work with her again in the future.

Dawn was very helpful throughout the sale and closing process. She has a very practical approach to preparing the house for showing always looking to put it in the best light without asking for changes/improvements that would be costly without giving a realistic return on the investment.
