David has been amazing throughout this whole experience. He was very patient with us and provided us great insight on every process along the way as we are first time home owners. He was also very thorough in his work and advocated for us when necessary. Overall, he has made our experience enjoyable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Not only was our home sold way below the average time on market, it was sold with great negotiating skills that had our best interests while being fair and professional. David is an expert in the area we sold in and he was prompt with communications.

Because we were out of state buyers, we hoped to find an agent that would be helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with especially "long distance". Dominque was and is everything I just described. When questions arose he was easy to contact, and fast to respond. He is very personable, easy to talk to, and eager to help. For instance, We needed a cleaning crew to clean before we moved in to our new home. He had a contact for us that came and did a wonderful job. He made himself available to let us in the house before closing, to take pictures, and measurements. He also took the time to open the house for a furniture delivery since we couldn't be there. IN working with Dominique we felt as if we had a friend helping us as well as an agent! We had a great experience from the first showing of the house to the closing of escrow with Dominique.

David promotes the fact that he always answers his phone and we can attest to the fact that is always true. He was always available and on time for all showings. He takes the time to do his homework on the properties prior to the showing and is prompt to get answers to anything he does not know on the spot. He was very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. We are very happy with the home that he helped us to find and would highly recommend him to anyone.
