I found Dave through zillow without a referral and what a lucky find! I originally reached out to see what I could sell my home for and then he kept in contact for 5 years, keeping me updated on trends in my area until it was finally the right time to sell. His expertise and professionalism gave me confidence in a tough selling situation. He was patient and extremely helpful on the buying side as well! Dave was great he was always available for us to answer any questions and show us homes. He was very responsive to our needs and knowledgeable he also referred us to great people to help us get our mortgage and an attorney as well. I round definitely recommend him to anyone I know!

I would definitely recommend Dave to others. He was very helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. Dave was almost always available to see houses or talk. He quickly found what we were looking for and was aggressive in making sure we got the best house at the right price.
