David Norwood organized our house sale in Nov of 2013 in Arroyo --it was on the market for 2 days. The price achieved was excellent--escrow short--minimum hassle, Dave did a video house walk through that was professional--and it worked. Highly recommended--Jim and Ann Farmer

David Norwood helped me buy a my first home. I had found a house that did not work out. I was discouraged, he put a home on my site that was great, it was too expensive he finally got me to see it after a day of seeing every home I wanted to see. It is the perfect home for me! A short sale he bargained and worked hard for me! Love my home!! So knowledgeable in home buying, knowing what will fit and getting you a good deal in today's market!!!
