Amanda is a truly kind and caring person. She and her team go out of their way to help make the process smooth and easy. There is no one else I would trust to buy or sell a house through. I've done both with Amanda and felt completely supported the entire process. I highly recommend her for all of your selling/buying needs!

Amanda Shaver helped us recently close on a new build home in Erie, CO and we could not be happier with her work. Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she was honest and quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We moved here from Atlanta, GA last year and Amanda helped us scout the Denver Metro area and surrounding suburbs. She was honest about areas she was not familiar with but always had a contact that could help us; and the neighborhoods she was familiar with, she had tons on information and resources to help us look and make a decision on what was best for us and our family. Amanda never led us into making a decision even when we asked her opinion on what was best, for example school district scores, she only gave us facts and information and let us decide while also being understanding of any of our concerns or questions. Amanda worked tirelessly to help us finally arrive on building a new home in Erie and she helped us every step of the way, even going so far as to give us contacts for movers, landscaping, fencing, etc. She advocated for us in closing items that needed fixing or touch ups. She also helped us get every cent of our incentive money used towards the house from the financing company when others said some of it would not be able to be allocated. We highly recommend Amanda and her team. We felt we had someone in our corner when we really needed it. She is a trustworthy problem solver that always has an answer. We could go on and on with good things to say about her work for us and can't thank Amanda enough for the amazing job she did.

David and Amanda Help me get my listing up and running very professionally. They were there to answer questions and get us through some of the very stressful processes! if you need an agent do not hesitate to go with them! They will get you sold and with a lot less of the brain damage! :)

We learned we had to have our house on the market and sold within 5 days and David made that happen, not to mention with well over asking price and I thought our asking price was high. He did a great job with negotiation of the final contract. Super easy to work with.

We purchased our first home with David and Amanda in August 2021. We approached David after having a bad experience with a previous realtor who was unresponsive and unprofessional. David and team, on the contrary, were extremely professional and responsive. David helped us navigate a fierce seller's market where homes get sold tens of thousands of dollars over the asking price and on the same weekend that they are listed. David always have us his honest opinion on the home we were viewing and did not rush us into making a decision. We toured maybe 20 homes without once feeling pressurized into taking a decision. David has decades of experience which we could notice from his eye for detail, he would quickly identify potential issues by simply looking at them. He knows his way around the several communities in the north Denver metro area and he provided us with advice which helped us finally decided on where we wanted to live. Once our offer was accepted on the home we purchased, Amanda and team made the complex closing process seem like a breeze. This was especially helpful since this is our first home. They were extremely organized and handheld us at every step to ensure we were able to meet all the closing requirements. They provided us with reliable references for lenders, inspections and such. Not once did we feel like we were on our own. Even post closing, David and Amanda continued to provide their assistance and expertise when needed. Overall, working with David and Amanda has been a pleasure. They made our first home buying experience a delight. We will continue to work with David and Amanda for all of our future real estate needs and we look forward to referring our friends to them as well.
