David provided all the knowledge and service we needed in purchasing our house. He has patiently shown us many places on the market over the years, and when we settled on this one, he guided us through the purchase process expertly, setting up inspections and repair technicians as needed. These included foundation inspectors, an electrician, a stair lift provider to accommodate our 94yo mother. When it was time to negotiate, he handled our questions painlessly and eased our anxieties. We are very grateful for the work he put in for us.

It was a great experience having David as our realtor.He was very professional and knowledgeable about the process.I appreciate his insight and willingness towards helping with the contingency’s He was patient and kind when it seemed like we were losing our wits,but with his encouragement and and knowledge of giving and excepting offers,we were able to close on a very nice home after what seemed impossible.

I have used David to purchase and sell a home in the past and more recently to sell a home. David is knowledgeable about the processes and the local market. If he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he will get an answer quickly. We had a few hiccups in the latest transaction and David worked with us to do additional advertising and other things to boost our sale. I would highly recommend David as a realtor to anyone.
