David did an amazing job for us. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He sold our home in a timely manner. He worked very hard contacting the solar company, because it was hard to get a hold of them and for them to send documents to us!*He is a family man and cares for people. His wife gave us a beautiful care package during this process of selling our home.He keep us in the loop and responded back to any messages promptly. Thanks David!!!

We could not have imagined a better experience in selling our house. David was polite, honest, and knowledgeable about how the process was going to go from the start. We never had an issue communicating or scheduling, David was responsive to every question or concern we had. Do yourself a favor in managing the already stressful time of moving and choose your realtor carefully, if you choose David Burchell, in our experience (and many others) you made an excellent choice.

I Just closed escrow of a beautiful home. I had a very unusual set of circumstances with a lot of needs. David worked tirelessly to find the right fit. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

David Burchell was the agent for the house we just purchased in Fresno. We live in LA County, and it takes us 4 hours to drive to Fresno. The distance is not an issue as David was extremely helpful and reliable in the whole process. He communicated with us in a timely manner and provided updates. He was transparent, understood our needs, cares for his customers, and is very professional in his area. We think he is wonderful to work with.
