I listed my home with Danyelle. After 6 months, I had few showings and no offers. PROS: Danyelle is kind, warm, professional and ultra-responsive to questions and concerns. She was very helpful in getting it ready for sale and arranging repairs. She's associated with London Properties, a terrific organization that successfully helped me buy and sell multiple properties in the past. CONS: --An assistant's camera phone isn't ideal for listing photos. Without professional photos, the listing looked unappealing and attracted very few potential buyers. --Other than the MLS, there was little marketing, just repeated price drops at Danyelle's suggestion. --No open houses (even when COVID-compliant ones were allowed) and using a visible lockbox that attracted a break-in didn't help. --Near the end of the 6-month contract, I paid $$ hundreds to have beautifully staged photos (not her suggestion). After changing agents, I had dozens of showings and a full price offer in 3 weeks. I hope that Danyelle just needs more experience. I wish I had checked her sales history, but great family connections aren't a substitute for knowledge.
