I listed my investment property with Dave and his assistant Josh were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and they helped walk me through all the steps needed to maximize my sales price and also attract the right buyers. We are in a difficult housing market with high interest rates and very few buyers that can qualify, but Dave and Josh were able to get my investment property under contract in less than 30 days and they made the whole process so simple. Alma is one of the most genuine and kind people you will ever meet! Our situation was very unique and through the entire process she was patient and helped make it as smooth as possible. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and if there’s a question she cannot answer she always pointed us in the right direction! I can't say enough good things about Alma Nelson! She was incredibly helpful, honest, upfront, and dependable throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting until well after the closing date, she showed genuine concern for us and was able to understand our needs. She gave clear explanations of everything, including how to make an offer, interact with a mortgage lender, and more. Even though we had some challenging , the entire process went much more quickly than anticipated and was a pleasure.
