We truly can’t say enough good things about Dave. My mom’s trailer had severe water damage, mold, and was rotted from the inside out—we honestly didn’t think it could be sold. Our family had no clue what to do and the whole situation felt very helpless. But then Dave stepped in and helped us do exactly that: sell it as is, for way more than we ever imagined. From start to finish, he was there for us at every turn. No matter what time or day we texted or emailed, he always responded immediately. It felt like having a real estate doula—someone calmly and confidently walking us through each step of the process, especially when we had no clue what we were doing. I have worked with Shinabarger Team buying and selling multiple properties and have been impressed every time. My main point of contact is typically Joshua. He is extremely professional. He knows the local markets really really well and is able to use evaluations that are spot on in my experience. I also love how he deals well with the other realtors, with the banks, and escrow companies. When issues come up with the closing he handles them quickly with minimal to no work on my part. I love working with this team. Highly recommend.

I listed my investment property with Dave and his assistant Josh were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and they helped walk me through all the steps needed to maximize my sales price and also attract the right buyers. We are in a difficult housing market with high interest rates and very few buyers that can qualify, but Dave and Josh were able to get my investment property under contract in less than 30 days and they made the whole process so simple.
