Nora Fan listed my longtime family home this spring. She was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. She Is experienced, and knows how to sell houses! She put in the work (marketing, and open houses) was always available and diligent with her communication. I would not hesitate to work with her again for my future real estate needs.

This was my first time selling a house, and Dave and his team were incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs (of which there were many). Dave came to my house soon after I called him up and we had the house on the market within about five days. Even though it was a tough market, he still managed to help me get multiple offers and ultimately choose the right one. I really felt like he was on my side and by my side every step of the way. I absolutely recommend him.

Courtney is a wealth of knowledge regarding Colorado real estate. We didn’t have a great idea of what we wanted but it didn’t take her long to put us on the right property. We enjoyed working with her and will continue to in the future.

10/10!!! Thank you Courtney and the whole team from Janis Properties! We could not be happier, for all of you made this experience stress free and uncomplicated. We are so happy with our new home here in Colorado excited to put down our roots. Being new residents to Colorado, we were a little nervous about the competitive nature of the housing market here, however, Courtney was professional, matter of fact, very knowledgeable of the area, and over the top flexible to our needs and wants for a home. After we went under contract, the office staff was timely, proficient, and extremely thorough to help us with the quick close that we desired. We really appreciate how hard everyone worked on our behalf to make this a reality!
