For any prospective buyer, hiring Darin will be the best decision you can possibly make. My wife and I were buying our first house and were completely new to the entire process. I remember I initially contacted Darin late on a Friday afternoon and he immediately called me back and spent well over an hour on the phone with me giving me a complete overview of the entire home buying process. I knew then that I had found the right realtor. Darin was so tremendous throughout the entire process. During each of our viewings, he pointed out and explained a million things that we would never have known to even look for. And once we found the house that we wanted, Darin was a tireless negotiator and got us a much better deal than we thought we would ever get. I will always remember the moment we were standing in the basement of the house we ultimately bought and my 16-month-old son ran over to Darin to grab one of his legs and Darin gave him a big hug. If we had to start this whole process all over we would hire Darin again without even a second thought. He truly cared about getting us the right house, at the right price, and he put our interests above his own. That is pretty rare. Thank you so so much, Darin!

When I first read Darin’s reviews I thought his family wrote all of them-they were so good. After working with him, I would give him seven stars if I could. Living out of state, he told us to go home and he would take care of everything; and he did. He priced the property right. It sold and closed within thirty days. He is courteous, respectful, professional and patient. Thank you, Darin, for an excellent job under difficult circumstances.

Within a few minutes of my initial request, Darin reached out to see how he could assist. After a short conversation, he had a plan in motion. He was knowledgeable, professional, and when he said he would do something, it was completed on schedule, if not sooner. Whatever the issue or concern, he had a solution and provided alternatives to reach our goal. He took his time to explain everything in detail and never once did I feel we were not a priority. I feel he went above and beyond to make our sale happen.

Darin Rich is, in my opinion, one in a million. He’s everything you want in an agent: someone who is judiciously looking out for your best interests, is completely open and honest, always willing to offer insight and guidance based on his experience. But what really sets him apart is the degree to which he cares, the degree to which he invests himself in the process. The degree to which he makes your concerns his. It becomes really obvious very quickly that he cares about this monumental step in your life every bit as much as you do. Always there, always responsive, always five steps ahead and assuring you everything is taken care of. Always willing to jump in and help, always willing to spend as much time as is necessary to make sure you’re comfortable. I have always believed that to do any job well, you have to CARE about it, on a personal level; it has to matter to you. And there is no doubt in my mind Darin obviously loves what he does. Where other agents will make you feel like you’re just a name on a long list of active clients, Darin’s actions and attention make you feel like you are his ONLY client. My wife recently said to me that some people find a real estate agent that they trust implicitly, that they work with their entire lives…and that Darin is one of those agents. I couldn’t agree more.

Working with Darin was a wonderful experience. It was my husband and mine first time selling a house and he patiently and thoroughly walked us through each step. We were on a tight timeline and Darin was able to list our house, take photos, schedule showings, and bring us offers in less than a week! We sold our house for full asking price, and Darin’s past experience as a loan officer ensured we knew we were accepting a solid offer. Darin was also went the extra mile to connect us with a realtor in our new town and always makes himself available to give his opinion and/or answer questions. He is truly a kind, intelligent, and honest man, and we cannot recommend him highly enough!
