I had a great experience working with Torin. He made me feel as if I was the only client he was working with. He answered my txt. phone calls emails in a timely manner.He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I trusted him with my home buying process every step of the way. Torin and his Team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, I am 400 miles away from the home I needed to sell. I had met Torin twice while at the property, and he and his team took it from there. From having some minor things that needed to be done to the home, to staying on top of every offer and sifting through each one carefully, Torin went above and beyond to make this a smooth and easy process. Less than a month after we listed it, I was astonished to get the call from Torin that we would be closing soon. The entire process was just under 30 days. Angelina, Danny, and the whole team were absolutely amazing during our first time home buying process. We actively looked for almost a year, made a few offers that didn't go through and ultimately ended up finding our perfect home. Angelina was patient, understanding and knowledgeable during the whole process- encouraging us and guiding us along the whole way. Once we finally found "the one" she made the process of making an offer (and getting it accepted) so easy. She guided us through the whole closing process and was by our side the whole time.
