Dan was one of the few agents we interviewed that was able to recognize the value in our home. In contrast to other agents that just wanted to get our listing and then pass it off to their big agency team to handle, Dan was personally there every step of the way to make sure our home sale was successful. The professional photography he did made our on line listing come alive and really show off the best features of our home. The end result was that Dan helped sell our home in less than two weeks at a price that we felt was a fair value for it, and that was 10% higher than the big agency "experts" said our house was worth.
