Quit torturing yourself about selecting the right agent. I’ll make it easy for you: it’s this guy. I honestly can’t think of anything more I would hope for in a real estate professional. * Honest and ethical. He was absolutely transparent, and completely worthy of our trust. At no point did we feel, as buyers, that being paid out of the purchase price colored his interest in negotiating on our behalf with his counterpart on that price. * Genuinely interested. I was particularly impressed at how eagerly and readily he came to grasp the nuances of what we were looking to buy. * Communicative & Responsive. His “response time” to texts and email was humbling. It was as if he had no other clients distracting his attention from us. * Great explainer. While we’ve bought and sold before, much of this particular process was new to us. A couple conversations with Dalton and we felt confident and knowledgeable. * Resourceful. I don’t know what “resources” he uses or how he has come to know the market as well as he obviously does, but we were often delighted at how accurately he consistently NAILED it when it finding properties that matched what we wanted. Seriously. Dalton exceeded expectations, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied.

Dalton was such a good realtor and made the home-buying process much less stressful than it could have been! I connected with him originally last year when we first started looking for a home near Nashville, but ended up putting a hold on things after a few weeks of looking around. When I reached out to start looking again, Dalton was ready and available for continuing the search. He was on top of everything - scheduling tours, reaching out to listing agents for any questions/concerns we had, and asking all the right questions during closing. Dalton is very knowledgeable about what he does, as well as flexible and patient. Our whole experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to his hard work. I highly recommend working with him!
