Happy returning client of Dallas here! First he diligently helped us land an incredible house in the TX hill country area a little over four years ago that would not have been made possible had he not been such a dedicated and proactive realtor. Unfortunately, the military relocated us to another state so we had to sell that beautiful house that he helped make our home. I couldn't have imagined finding another realtor to sell that house that works so hard for his clients and communicates so well between all parties involved in buying/selling a house. He is a personable realtor with a great working knowledge of the market, excellent communication skills, and fantastic ability to find solutions to any issues that may arise during the purchase or sell. This particular sell had some challenges with the buying party, but Dallas was able to provide a fair balance and still close the sell in a timely fashion and get us much more for our home than we could have imagined. I also appreciated that he is honest and straightforward about things instead of hinting or beating around the bush about things of course all done in a friendly and sincere manner. Dallas, Lacey, and Denise's passion for realty shows through their efforts and results. I have had other realtors that were decent, but not amazing. Dallas and his team are amazing and genuine professionals that you can confidently trust with such a huge investment...especially nowadays!! Folks, if you’re looking for an expert realtor that genuinely cares about his clients to the very end and is passionate about finding them the perfect home, look no further! Dallas and his team went well beyond all our expectations in all aspects of helping us find an amazing house. Being from out of state, he was recommended to me by a realtor friend. I saw he was a veteran so I figured why not give him a shot. Wow, he always picks up the phone and listens attentively to your needs and concerns and is a prompt action taker. He is very knowledgeable in realty too which was very helpful since this is only the second house we have purchased. It’s always comforting to have someone in your corner who knows how best to help call the shots, especially considering the large investment of a house. After looking at homes for about a week and missing a few opportunities and changing some of our house search criteria (he’s patient), Dallas dug in and found our current home and told us we needed to go that evening at 7pm before we lose it. Btw, we just finished looking at houses all day and he had returned to his home when he found this place. I believe most other realtors would have said, “we’ll look at it tomorrow.” Because of his knowledge of the market and our interests he was able to make our dreams happen!! We had to leave a few days later and he even coordinated for the home inspector to come while we were in town. We consider ourselves incredibly blessed to have had a realtor with the work ethic, knowledge, skill sets, and sincere care for his clients he possesses. Dallas made the home buying process easy and fun! He was so patient with us. We loved his knowledge of the northern San Antonio area, as we are new to the area. He responded immediately to all of our messages and phone calls, and his assistant Denise is great too. He was very flexible with his time when showing us homes since we were moving from so far away. He pulled out all the stops to make sure we closed on time and got the house of our dreams!

Our experience in working with Dallas was very positive. he knows the regional market better than most. He did a excellent job in locating, showing and negotiating for us with the purchase of our new home in the area we wanted to be.
