We came from Ohio in 2014. Cyd showed us 37 houses in 2 weeks. She negotiated with the sellers and I got a beautiful home at a great price. She was so accommodating and friendly. I will recommend her to our son when he decides to move here, and anyone else looking for a realtor.

Pretty disappointed with service and willingness to listen. We paid $50 per application. In the application it has a spot for your past landlord. We checked the box saying it's okay to contact our past landlord. We didnt think it was an issue Considering our now landlord said our place was being foreclosed on and we should find a new place that's what we decided to do as our landlord now was helping with. We didnt like any of the places our now landlord sent and that's when we found this place. Unfortunately she called our previous landlord and they told her that the place was in probate and they didnt know we were leaving. I tried to explain to cyd and she didnt want to hear it. I also explained I have text messages where my now landlord tells me I need to get out and that it is in fact being foreclosed on she didnt care and refused to listen. I feel this is completely unacceptable as I have proof of everything and believe this should not be a valid reason to deny someones application

Mary is hard working, dedicated and honest??. She gives 110% from beginning to COE. Great photos and correct info on your home she lists on the MLS. I Highly recommend Mary Elliot as your realtor. Whether you’re buying or selling she will go the extra mile for you??
