We began working with Crystal in September 2025 as first-time homebuyers, and our experience with her as a realtor exceeded every expectation. She was always prompt and timely in her communication, making us feel like we were her only clients. She maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and was incredibly down-to-earth. During our very first home tour, I was unable to attend. Crystal handled everything as if my family were her own—she went out with my husband and our three small children, and that’s when I knew we were in great hands. At one point we had a scare where we were told that we were not able to obtain our choice home. Without hesitation, Crystal stepped in with a wealth of knowledge and skills, and fought for us every step of the way as if it were her own purchase. Despite any challenges, we were able to complete the entire process with Crystal in only 60 days and close on the home we truly wanted. Even after closing, Crystal continues to support us—sharing her network of professionals and answering any questions that come up. I truly can’t say enough good about her and the Crystal Grace Team. Buying a house is stressful, but buying a house with Crystal brings genuine peace of mind, knowing you’re working with a dedicated professional. I was reached out to for a rental and was told it was being shown by Crystal. She was not there and instead had the previous tenant show me the location. I tried to call her and she did not sound like she cared at all.

I will 100% be contacting crystal for all of my real estate needs. from the begining crystal was professional and kind. crystal has always been prompt to respond to my needs and assisted me through any challanges that came up. in every situation crystal did everything possible to make things smooth and consistently communicated what she needed from me to move forward with the selling process.

Where to begin? Perfect does not even begin to describe the service I received! Crystal was right by my side every single step of the way! Being a single parent household a task such as selling a house and moving seemed overwhelming at times. With Crystal I was never alone. She and her team were right there with me every single day, no matter what, during the highs and the lows. No concern was ever to big or too small, explained until I was comfortable. With her help I had a smooth transaction, receiving more than the list price for my home. Never did I expect to make a connection for life when deciding to sell my home. Needed to sell my home and I went right back to Crystal and Grace. They previously had been my agents on my home purchase. This time around I was a little uncertain how the process would go. With all the talk about housing prices and higher rates. From day one they made me feel comfortable with the whole process. They really explained the market to me and what was happening in my area. The time, energy, and effort they put into getting my house sold was remarkable. In the end my home sold and I was very happy. Anytime I’m buying or selling, I’m going right back to Crystal and Grace. There a great team!
