Needed to sell my home and I went right back to Crystal and Grace. They previously had been my agents on my home purchase. This time around I was a little uncertain how the process would go. With all the talk about housing prices and higher rates. From day one they made me feel comfortable with the whole process. They really explained the market to me and what was happening in my area. The time, energy, and effort they put into getting my house sold was remarkable. In the end my home sold and I was very happy. Anytime I’m buying or selling, I’m going right back to Crystal and Grace. There a great team!

This review is long overdue but I worked with Crystal, Grace, and their team right before the pandemic. They were immensely instrumental in helping me buy my first home in Los Angeles. They made what usually is an overwhelming experience into a great one. She patiently answered my dozens of questions with valuable explanations and additional context. This wonder woman duo helped make my entire families dream home come to fruition and we are eternally grateful for the conscientious and diligent nature of both Grace and Crystal. Not only did they make a consistent effort to make this normally daunting process, easy and painless, but they also make it a point to be transparent about the ins-and-outs of the home buying process. Crystal and Grace were a blessing in this very hot market. Although our first buyers fell through, crystal was quickly able to get us a new buyer with much more favorable terms! Grace found us a gem of a home that met all of our needs and for less than asking price!! The two of them have a dynamic that makes them a valuable asset when looking for a real estate professional. They will also look out for your best interest.

Such an amazing team! We had heard many things about the home buying process, and being that we are 1st time buyers, we were definitely insecure and uneasy about taking this step. But wow, I would have never imagined it being so easy!! Thanks to Crystal and her team. They reassured us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, gave us daily updates, and were accessible right away any time we needed to reach them! So incredible. We are considering them family moving forward and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
