Craig is the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He represented us as both seller's and buyer's agent. Craig’s experience, exceptional knowledge of real estate market and professional network were huge assets on both sides of the process. He always made time to respond to all communications, and all his advices were priceless. On the selling side, Craig made smart and practical recommendations, that helped make the process effortless. Because the selling price was just right, we received multiple offers, and property was sold in a matter of days. On the buying side, Craig paid very close attention to our needs. He was a very strong negotiator in subsequent negotiations prior to closing. In the end, both transactions went incredible smoothly, considering it was done during the first wave of Covid pandemic, when rules and regulations were changing daily.
