Could not ask for a better person to work with!!! Mr. Courtney was more than a Real Estate Professional selling me a house. Mr. Courtney went above and beyond during the entire process. Always answered my calls and text messages, set me up with a great mortgage team, answered all my silly first time home buying questions, gave me tons of advice, any questions he didn't know answers to he found out promptly, stepped up when the sellers agency failed to respond/reply buy reaching out to them (sellers) as to keep the process moving forward (even having documents signed). Most of all he kept me calm, made the transactions and negotiations easy and smooth. Always told me strait up how things were going (good or not so good) Never tried to fast talk me like most sales people do. It has been an adventure to say the least. I can not say enough... By far the best choice when it comes to selecting an agent. Courtney is willing to get intimate with his clients to find them the perfect home and won't rest until satisfaction is achieved.
