Cory represented us as buyers, as we considered a semi-local relocation. We were navigating making a very unexpected and significant life change and Cory was impeccable in providing us answers to every (many) question. He clearly knew the market, was transparent and calm as he worked with us through the buying process. His responsiveness was remarkable, exceeding expectations and working with him allowed us to accomplish a purchase quickly. He also has an extensive network of service providers which he connects his reputation to, from inspector(s) to contractors and has remained a resource even a year after closing.

We are very happy to have found Cory to buy our home last year. It was immediately clear from the beginning of our search up through the closing that he held a deep knowledge of the surrounding suburban neighborhoods and I sharp eye for good home design and construction. Cory very quickly homed in on what my wife and I were looking for and, in the end, brought us to a house that we love at a price we were happy with. I was impressed with his responsiveness - really any time of day, week or weekend, he was available to respond to questions and offer advice (even still now over a year after purchasing our home). Whatever we wanted to see he took us to quickly, while at the same time patiently working with us throughout the process. He came highly recommended to me from several of my colleagues that recently bought, and I likewise cannot recommend him highly enough.

Overall I had an intermediate experience working with Cory. His strengths are a good working knowledge of the area and construction/maintenance know how. He really helped me understand the ins and outs of buying a home. That said, I had some issues involving emotional intelligence and ego. There were times where I felt rushed to make huge decisions. At other times it felt like I was supposed to 'trust him' compared to knowing my rights as a home buyer. Home buying is an extremely stressful process and Cory helped in many ways but could improve by creating a supporting and transparent environment for the buyer.

We were new to the Illinois home buying experience and requested a tour of a home through Zillow. We were matched with Cory and were so fortunate. Cory met us at our first viewing and quickly became a trusted source. He learned of our interests quickly and was always very responsive to our needs. He's a great communicator, which was key for us. He was patient with us but willing to provide the appropriate guidance and suggestions. He helped us through the purchase process, providing advice but letting us drive the decisions, and referred us to exceptional professionals (attorney, inspector, etc) along the way. His office staff was very coordinated and helpful. We give Cory and his team our highest recommendation!

Cory was great to work with! The house we were purchasing was of a fairly complex design and we had a number of issues we needed help evaluating. Cory's expertise and knowledge and connections went beyond most agents we've worked with before. We were definitely lucky to have him! We plan to work with him on a sale in the near future and he is already helping immensely with his organization, attention to detail and knowledge of market conditions in the area.
