Our experience with Cortney as a buyer's agent fell far short of any reasonable expectations. Our buyers had a complicated situation that required a lot of steps on their part to secure funds. Cortney failed to notify us of major situational changes for the buyers. When asking for updates or submitting questions for our buyers, Cortney would often take days to respond and often didn't answer our questions, necessitating us eventually reaching out to the buyers directly. As this process stretched out over the course of nearly 3 months, Cortney's unwillingness or inability to communicate effectively caused us massive amounts of unnecessary stress. The transaction eventually fell apart due to the buyers deciding they didn't want to allocate funds to the house, and once signing the release, Cortney then failed to deliver the earnest money check in a reasonable period of time without our realtor having to follow up with her. If we had the ability to go back and do it all over again, Cortney's involvement would have been enough to turn down the offer from her clients.

Cortney was an absolute joy to work with as bot a buyers and sellers agent. She is very responsive to questions and is very knowledgable of market trends. Cortney went out of her way to represent our home in the best light possible - professional photos, open house and an agent open house. I highly recommend her if you are selling and/or buying!
