I recently sold my house in Glenview. I was very fortunate to have Connie Dornan and her team as my realtor. Connie was awesome throughout the whole process. From the time I listed the house until it was closed and I moved out, she held my finger at each step. Whenever I called her she was available on the phone. She knew exactly how to price the house and how and when to adjust the price. If the system allowed me, I would give her and her team 10 stars instead of 5. Connie, Nancy, Marg are not just sales people, they are professionals with excellent people skills. They all realize that selling a house is not just a transaction BUT an emotional decision for the home owner. They were very supportive throughout the whole process. I very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their house. ????????????

Connie, first and foremost is an amazing human being. These 5 stars do not do justice for the type of work ethic that Connie possesses. She is always there for you. It took me about 2 years to find a place in this crazy market, and she has literally hand held me and helped me in every step. Connie could be dealing with very expensive homes or not so expensive priced homes, but she will treat you the same as her multimillion dollar clients. She is just so amazing and so is the rest of Connie’s team.

If you want to sell a home or buy a home, call Connie. She has her pulse on the market at all times and is always looking out for her client's best interests. Knowing that she's in your corner makes the whole experience less stressful. She's a consummate professional, and we've really enjoyed working with her. There will definitely be another project in our future.

Connie is fantastic at what she does, and I can't imagine a better agent to have in my corner. Connie knows the North Shore like it's the back of her hand, and will give you actual, helpful advice about different locations within towns, things you might not realize about a house or lot, and ways to update a home post-close. She was always available to us, accommodated my schedule, and made me feel like I was her only client, which most certainly was not the case! Most of all, she was patient during a very stressful home search, and I never felt like she was pushing a sale. While we used Connie to buy our house, I also experienced what it was like to bid on a house being sold by Connie, and it's a no-brainer that you'd want Connie to list. She is formidable!
