Best Realtor in the Area. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying, selling, and input on property conditions. Always follows through with what you ask of him which is hard to find. Has connections to anyone you would need for any type of work or service needed rather buying or selling. Wouldn't use anyone else. Have personally listed, purchased and sold several houses and Commercial Buildings with Cody over the past 3 years.
