Kassandra was instrumental at selling our family home. The residence was previously listed by another realtor who did not provide constructive feedback on how to better market our home, required our constant follow-up for any details regarding the sale/ market/ showing feedback, and was unable to negotiate/ offer advice on our behalf when our home was under contract 8 months prior- resulting in a no sale/ extended days on market. This was not the case with Kassandra and her team. She had a vision for the home and gave us recommendations on day one regarding how to better market the residence. She was able to guide us throughout the process and wound constantly update us each step of the way. The home had multiple showings/ offers and was under contract after 1 month and closed in 2 months with Kassandra- at a price/ terms we were very happy about. When selling your home you need someone who is experienced, engaged, and willing to work with you and your goals. We highly recommend Kassandra and thank her for helping us with this milestone.

We happened upon Lisa Jordan by lucky accident. She started working with us two years ago. We were looking to move from Indiana to Colorado Springs. She was incredibly responsive 100% of the time, and very knowledgeable of the market. We finally found a house that she found. She edged us out of our comfort zone, and that's the house we ended up buying!! She was super respectful of our budget and timing. And our closing went unbelievably smooth because she prepared us and made sure we knew how to navigate a remote closing. We'd work with her again in a minute!

Eric was a true professional and I would use him again and I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He was very pleasant to deal with and easy to talk to and was very understanding of my unique situation that I was in and found a way to help me resolve it. He went a one and beyond what was expected of him. He listens to your needs and wants. There wasn’t a question that he did not try to find an answer to for me.
