I left the area right after high school to serve in the U.S. Navy and after seeing the world I came home because there is no other place like it. Then I took a job in the corporate world which again took me around the world and all over the United States. My real estate career allows me to stay right here in Mendocino County and I still think this is the best place in the world to live and raise a family.

Clint was great! Very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and made the process very easy. He was very great on responding to any questions we might have. He made suggestions on how to make the property more attractive to buyers.

Doing business from a distance can be challenging, but Clint is great and handles all of the little details, so I didn't have to be on-site to get things done. I knew he would take care of everything the way that I would and since I'm 2 hours away working with Clint gave me great peace of mind and saved me unnecessary travel.

He was very accommodating and agreed to meet with me on the weekend so I could walk the property while I asked my questions. He was knowledgeable about the territory where I was planning on purchasing the property. His answers to my questions eased any time frame matters I was curious about and what to expect when pursuing information from the county.
