Cindy was great! She is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the business! She was always just a phone call away and timely on getting answes to any questions that we had! She was able work around our schedule for showings and very easy to work with! Without a doubt I would recommend Cindy!

Cindy is a spectacular realtor! I live out of state now and needed to sell my home. Sadly, COVID hit moments after we put the house on the market. Cindy was an excellent communicator during that stressful time. Within 1 week after the shelter in place was lifted I had an offer on my house due to her hard work. Cindy helped to ease my mind with providing recommended resources for any needed repairs and making sure my house was safe after I had to leave the state. The closing has gone smoothly due to her swift response to any items needed. I am so grateful to have Cindy as my realtor!

Cindy is an awesome relator! She is very respectful and knowledgeable on buying and selling houses. She can tell you a lot about house just from viewing them and able to point out good and bad things out and very knowledgeable on flooring, windows, walls, mold, moisture areas in basement and locations and value of homes. She responses in a timely manner and available to show homes. Would recommend her and use her as a Realtor again.

Cindy Zook is extremely knowledgeable, however in my case she just didn’t work out. Was never available and had to assign other realtors to show properties which sometimes didn’t work out. You tell her you’re looking for 3 bed 2 bath and she sends 2 bed 1 bath no heating/air. Just didn’t seem to listen to our needs. We’re first time homeowners and loved her knowledge on everything, but not her lack of time and sometimes discouraging ways of saying things. She was great for a friend of mine however and I believe she’d be better suited for someone who’s done this process before. Very knowledgeable and aggressive. Also, when viewing properties she has lender write up pre qualification letters before you even make that decision. Not sure if this is a normal process, but don’t see how the lender would know how to build the letter to the property if you’ve made no offer. Just my experience. I now have another realtor and it’s working out great. To each it’s own.

Best agent I’ve ever worked with. I’m a real estate investor in Danville and I only call Cindy for deals, the superior agent in town!! 20+ houses we have worked together on, use her!! She had a tremendous schedule for that day and was able to squeeze me in, was very last minute but she accommodated me. She was even able to give me some history on this particular type of build, an entirely built metal home constructed in the 50’s, no wood at all!!
