Destynee is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Even though she was the selling agent and I purposefully come into the transaction without a buying agent, she treated better than I ever could've expected. The transaction had a monumental amount of challenges and unforseen delays the entire way but she worked very hard to drive it all the way through closing. She always kept up regular communication so I was always in the loop with the latest information. Any future TN real estate needs I may have in the future, she will be the first one I call.

In beginning stage of working with Ms. Dube so not all of the above categories are weighted equally important at initial part of property acquisition process. That being said when you cold contact an agent on Zillow, (like any other online realty site-or Zillow in the past0, I expected to hear something around mid week since this was Saturday. Before I could even finish browsing potential properties, (5-8 min) I was phoned, texted and left a voice mail by Destynee. I couldn't believe it. So I replied to her text, then she called me again and spoke with me for 20 min fielding several questions about the property and answer with detail and more data than I had expected. So I'm not waiting to hear from a realtor mid week. Instead, I already have the lender's name and company and will here from him within 48hrs. If all real estate agents performed like this, transaction times would be halved and acquisitions would be twofold. Thank you and glad to have "A Pro" on my team. I manage a $110+M DoD contract and am an expert in Team Building as well as spotting and utilizing individuals strengths. This woman possesses great communication skills and delivers results (instead of the usual bs blather). Good Job Destynee, Synergy and Zillow!

Ed went beyond what a real estate agent has to do. He sold our property , helped find a new location to move to but he also helped us get moved. Such a great person to work with. He got a great deal on the sell of our property. I would recommend Ed Prater to anyone who wants a great real estate agent.

Excellent communicator. He gives the same attention to a 100k home as he does for a 500K home. All clients receive his very best attention. Very responsive to phone calls and questions. Kept me well informed on all aspects of selling my home. Sold my home very quickly. Highly recommend him.
