After speaking with several realtors, we placed our home of 21 years on the market. After 40 days of our home never being shown we contacted Christy and she was at our home the next day. The following day the photographer was at our home and the following day we were on the market again. In less than 24 hrs there was a showing and another showing several days later. After 1 wk with no offers, Christy’s staff made a video of my home, which was not AI generated, and within 3 days our home was sold and closed within 21 days. Christy and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that the process is smooth. This is why Christy and her staff are at the top of the Realtor chain. Many thanks!

Honestly the entire process was so so smooth. True professional in the real estate world! Would recommend her to anyone. She is super knowledgeable, works very fast to get you important information and makes you almost forget all the stressful parts about buying a new home.
