I hired Christy Silver in July or August of 2026. I was selling a beautiful home in Bradford New Hampshire. We got along very well. She asked me to get the furniture etc out by September. I actually did that, even though I believed showing it furnished was better. I kept in touch with her during the entire process. On Saturday October 3, 2026, at 4 pm I received a text from Christy stating that I might be best served by a realtor that was closer. I was leaving to go home to Florida the NEXT day at 9am. I was panic stricken to say the least. She didn't even have the decency to phone me. I believe she is a person who is frazzled and can't keep up with her commitments. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life. She avoided me after that. I am filing a complaint with the Board of Professional Realtors hoping that she never does this to another client.
